In the series of regular department meetings held between November 5 and 17 at Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Communication and Katre Island Hotel on the July 15 Island of Democracy and Freedoms, students' demands, curriculum contents, recent developments in the sector and plans for the next academic semester were discussed.
During the meetings, faculty members and department management exchanged ideas on innovative projects that will contribute to the academic and professional development of students.
Issues such as internships and collaborations that will increase students' interaction with the business world were also discussed. The meeting, where the strategic goals of the department were determined in the light of the latest trends and technological innovations in the digital media world, witnessed useful and detailed evaluations about the present and future of our University's Department of New Media and Communication.
