Mohamed Hassan, award winning journalist and poet from New Zealand discussed “Defining Ourselves in the Digital Age” on Zoom Media Talks. Mohamed Hassan is an award winning journalist and poet from New Zealand, and currently a senior producer at Middle East Eye in London. In 2017, his podcast on Islamophobia ‘Public Enemy’ was awarded Gold at the New York Festivals Radio Awards. His poetry videos have been shared widely online, and his upcoming collection ‘National Anthem’ is set to be published in 2020.
